Our founder Phoebe Armfield has over ten years experience working with women in the health and fitness industry. She is passionate about empowering women to take control of their own bodies and health.
Bump provides a safe and nurturing environment with tailor-made exercise programs, internal examinations for pelvic floor and organ prolapse assessments, real time ultrasound and manometer guided treatments, and core strength training. We believe in educating our clients during sessions – knowledge is power – we are here to help you understand your body and how it works so you can get the most out of each day.

Pre & Post Natal Physiotherapy
Prenatal, also called Antenatal, is the period during your pregnancy. Physiotherapy during this time can provide professional guidance on keeping active and healthy that is safe for both you and your growing baby.
Muscle Balancing & Realignment
No body is symmetrical but sometimes asymmetries can lead to problems that may present themselves in areas of the body that you might not expect!
Sport & Injury Physiotherapy
Injuries are unfortunately part of maintaining an active lifestyle, however an injury doesn’t have to mean an end to your fitness or sports activities.
Pilates (Group or One on One)
During pregnancy it can be hard to find workouts to suit your changing body. Pilates is excellent for expecting women as it incorporates core, pelvic floor and posture exercises.
Sessions from $25/hour
Phoebe provided relaxed and personalized solutions to my real life pregnancy issues. Her help and support was amazing and she really made me feel comfortable by explaining what we were doing in terms I understood – even with baby brain!
